Mango Protein Chia Pudding

I love chia breakfast puddings because they’re super simple, taste incredible, fill me up (always a bonus) and you can prepare them the night before… so that you’re not wasting precious sleep time in the morning!

This recipe is nutrient rich and packed full of protein thanks to Naked Harvest’s THRIVE plant protein range.


  • Rice milk

  • THRIVE Plant Protein (I used Mango Cheesecake flavour)

  • Chia seeds

  • Fruit of choice! (I used fresh mango)

  • Yoghurt of choice


  1. In a jar, shake/blend 1/2 cup rice milk together with 1 serving of THRIVE plant protein.

  2. Add 2 tbsp of chia seeds and shake well (add more milk if needed!)

  3. Leave protein chia mixture in fridge overnight

  4. In a glass cup, stack your chia pudding in layers of chia, fruit of choice and yoghurt! Enjoy!
