9 Free Activities to Shift Your Money Mindset

Developing a healthy money mindset is so important when it comes to your financial well-being and overall happiness. I personally have gone on such a big journey when it comes to working on my money mindset and once I started shifting and rewriting some of those beliefs, the effect it had on my life as a whole was mind blowing. 

A mistake I often see people make is waiting to have more money before they start working on their money mindset but what is most important is actually beginning to work on it before you attract more wealth into your life. 

I thought I would share 9 of my favourite activities to do to help shift your money mindset (that are free!): 

    1. Journaling: Take time to reflect on your beliefs about money. Write down your thoughts, fears, and aspirations related to finances. Challenge any negative beliefs and explore positive affirmations about money.
    2. Podcasts: Listen to podcasts that focus on shifting your money mindset or share expanding money stories. We have an amazing episode on manifesting money on the Rise and Conquer Podcast that you can listen to here. 
    3. Reading: Visit your local library or search online for free ebooks and articles on money mindset. One of my personal favourites is, “You are a badass at making money by Jen Sincero” 
    4. Networking: Connect with like-minded people who are also interested in improving their money mindset to become more abundant. Join online communities (like our Facebook Group) or find local meetups to share experiences and learn from others
    5. Reconnect with yourself: Practise meditation, breathwork and journal to work on reconnecting with yourself and staying in touch with where your money beliefs are at. You can find amazing meditations for free on youtube or you can get a free week in our RISE app here. 
    6. Get clear: Having clarity on what your money goals are - both short-term and long-term. Having clarity on your goals will help you to stay accountable and remember your “why” before making decisions.
    7. Vision Board: Create a vision board focusing on any physical money goals you have e.g. new car, house, new clothes but also honing into the FEELING that you wish to call in with your life.
    8. Creative Visualisation: Visualise your financial success. Imagine achieving your goals and living a life of financial freedom. Visualisations can help reinforce positive beliefs about money.
    9. Gratitude Practice: Take a moment to practise gratitude for the abundance you already have in your life. This can be both financial and other aspects of wealth, such as love, relationships and personal growth. Gratitude is the highest vibration so if you are on this vibe it will be a lot easier to attract more abundance into your life. 

Remember, shifting your money mindset is not an easy task and can be an uphill battle. It has taken years and years of hard work for me to shift into the state of abundance I live in.
